Acupuncture promotes your body's natural healing process. It does this by stimulating specific points on the body that have a high concentration of nerve endings, which triggers biochemical and physiological changes. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, there are meridians that run throughout the body, allowing energy (Qi) to flow. When this energy becomes blocked or stagnant, it can create an imbalance between Yin and Yang, leading to illnesses and disharmonies. Acupuncture helps restore the flow of Qi along these meridians, harmonizing the body and reestablishing the delicate balance between Yin and Yang.

Chinese herbal medicine is a key part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses plant-based remedies to restore balance and promote healing. Herbs are tailored to a person's unique symptoms and constitution, often in pills, tinctures, or custom granule formulas, to address a range of health conditions.
